The Sports Company was founded in 2014, as a grassroots sports coaching company. Our founder, Varun was participating in a youth tournament as the coach of his nephew’s team which was playing in the Under 6 division of the tournament. His years of playing football at the highest levels and being coached by the best coaches in the country at that time allowed him to have the strength to coach a bunch of 5 year olds. What he saw in the tournament shook the foundations of him being a sportsman, where parents scold their 5 year old for having missed an opportunity to score a goal or save a goal. He took it upon himself to bring about a paradigm shift in the thought process and the training methodology of how the game is played, to love the game, to enjoy being on the field, passing the ball and playing as a single unit. Winning and losing were never a part of his plan and he was joined soon after in this endeavour by our co-founder Raaghav.

Fast forward to 2020, The Sports Company has built an ecosystem over the years providing unparalled services in Club Management, Grassroots Training, Talent Management, Sports Education, Corporate Sports Events and E-Sports.

Our core resonates with the passion and love for sports, the thought with which The Sports Company was founded. Our dream is to provide a platform for all athletes and to bring home the trophies that India has always dreamt of.

The dawn of the new future for TSC is a successful replication of an ecosystem in the Indian subcontinent, major areas of Africa and South East Asia.
